We present a reliable method to generate planar meshes of nonlinear rational triangular elements. The elements are guaranteed be valid, i.e. defined by injective functions. mesh is conform exactly, without geometric error, arbitrary domain boundary and feature curves. generalizes the recent Bézier Guarding technique, which applicable only polynomial curves This generalization enables accurate handling practically important cases involving, for instance, circular or elliptic arcs NURBS curves, cannot matched Furthermore, although many practical scenarios concerned with functions quadratic cubic degree only, our fully general supports degree. demonstrate on variety test cases.

We prove that if an nth degree rational Bézier curve has a singular point, then it belongs to the two (n− 1)th degree rational Bézier curves defined in the (n− 1)th step of the de Casteljau algorithm.
